Our Delivery Policy
We offer a range of UK delivery services including UK mainland, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man to make it as convenient as possible for you to shop at MINISO.
We currently offer a Standard Delivery service, and we will be adding Next Day in the near future.
Once you place your order, you will receive an email or text notification from one of our trusted delivery partners when your order has been dispatched and is on its way to you. This will include confirmation of the expected delivery date and expected time of arrival.
We use a selection of delivery partners including Royal Mail and you will be informed of the courier when we dispatch your order.

We offer a Standard Delivery service to Northern Island, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
Delivery is expected within 3-5 working days.
Standard Delivery
We aim to dispatch ALL orders within 2 days of receiving them, at this point you will receive a notification from our delivery partner.
Orders received after 1pm on a Friday will not be processed and dispatched until the following week.
Express Delivery (Next Day)
Express Delivery - £3.50 for orders above £25.00 and £4.99 for orders under £25.00
Delivery usually arrives on the next working day when ordered before 1pm
If we receive and confirm your order before 1.00pm (GMT/BST) Monday to Friday, and you select the Express Delivery option, we will dispatch your order the same day. Delivery should take place the following working day if in the UK Mainland or Northern Ireland, however, please note that Saturday and Sundays are not classed as working days, but certain couriers may deliver on Saturdays.

Our Returns Policy
We always stand by the quality and safety of the products we supply and the service we offer.
Online Purchases
An unwanted product can be returned for a full refund within 28 days of delivery provided it is still in its original, unopened packaging with the receipt. This returns policy for unopened goods is in addition to your statutory rights and applies to purchases made online or over the phone. The full refund includes the delivery cost, but you are responsible for the returns cost.
Please be aware we are unable to accept online returns in stores.
Separate to the 28 day online returns policy, and in accordance with your statutory rights when you purchase goods online or over the phone, unwanted items can be returned even if you have opened them for inspection as long as you let us know within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery. Once you have told us you want to return an item, you should do so without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to cancel the order. You can examine the goods as you would in a shop but to obtain a full refund you must not start using them. The goods must be returned in ‘as new’ condition and in their original packaging.
Only products purchased via this website may be returned using the method outlined below.
We recommend that you request and ensure you receive proof of postage from your chosen carrier as we cannot issue refunds on goods we do not receive. If the reason for return is a change of mind, as stated previously you are responsible for the returns cost.
Online Returns Process
If you're returning items to us from within the UK follow the 4 simple steps shown below:
Step 1: Please use the returns note provided with your delivery.
Step 2: Place all items you wish to return with the returns note in the parcel and seal.
Step 3: Attach the returns address to the outside of the parcel using the address provided. If you are using a box from a previous delivery, please ensure any other carrier labels are removed or struck through with a marker pen.

Step 4: Your parcel is ready to return. Remember to ask your Post Office or courier for proof of postage. Please keep this safe until your refund is received.
For high value returns you may wish to organise a Special Delivery, please speak to your local Post Office or courier for advice.
All returns will be refunded to you via your original form of payment once the items have been received and inspected at our distribution centre. Please allow up to fourteen (14) days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Something is wrong with my product
You may also return goods that you perceive to be faulty under our Terms and Conditions.
It is essential for both hygiene reasons and to allow us to carry out a thorough assessment, that all items are returned to us in a clean and satisfactory fashion. We appreciate that due to the nature of our products, some usage may have occurred, however we reserve the right to refuse an inspection if the products are returned in a state unfit for handling.
Please contact our Customer Services Team on 0800 702 2536, if you require any advice and guidance on what needs to happen next. Upon receipt of a faulty item, an inspection takes place. If we agree that the fault falls within our Terms and Conditions, then the item will either be refunded or replaced free of charge.
We reserve the right to reject returned goods which are not returned in accordance with our returns policy, and we may request that before items are returned to you, that you pay for the shipping back to you.
Damaged or incorrect products
If you unpack your product and find it damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as you can, so that we can arrange a return or exchange product for you. This should be no later than 14 days from the day after delivery.

Cancelling or amending an online order
If you wish to cancel or change an order, this can usually be arranged as long as the order hasn't yet been dispatched. Providing you haven't received your dispatch email then please call 0800 702 2536 to inform one of our colleagues that you would like to cancel or change the order. To speed up the process, please have your order number to hand before calling.
If the order has been dispatched, you will need to wait for receipt of delivery and follow the standard returns process.
Store Purchases
We can only offer a refund or exchange for items purchased from MINISO in the UK. In addition to your legal rights, we will happily provide one of the following options;
1. Refund – if the item is with the original MINISO receipt is returned to any MINISO store in the UK within 14 days of purchase
2. Exchange – if the item is with the original MINISO receipt is returned to any MINISO store in the UK within 28 days of purchase
Items returned without a valid MINISO UK receipt will be exchanged at the current selling price.
The item must not be used and is in the original condition as purchased, including all packaging intact with original tags and labels attached.
Surprise Bags
Due to the element of surprise expected with Surprise Bags, these are non-refundable once opened. Any faulty products contained within a Suprise Bag can be returned to any store under our standard returns policy for damaged or faulty products.
